As the song “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” starts to play, the dancers immediately transform into ballroom dancers. The audience went crazy, with some clapping along to the beat while others whipped out their phones to get their own recordings of it.
Suddenly, the male dancers shocked everyone by flipping their partners and hoisting them on their shoulders, mimicking the famous dance moves from the film.
Later in the song, one pair steps forward and performs the iconic dance step from the movie in which Jennifer Grey ran into the arms of Patrick Swayze and he lifted her over his head. This is one of the most famous scenes in movie history, and the crowd absolutely loved it!
