All Amazing Babies

For many parents having kids becomes a medical obstacle down the road. So many of these choose adoption. Mandi and Tyler Palmer share a similar story: after years and years of trying, the couple came in terms of not being able to bear children.

Mandi has a serious case of Crohn’s disease, which made it difficult for the couple to conceive children of their own.

Knowing there was also a need for foster parents, the Palmer family decided to consider a different avenue: foster to adopt. In order to become the parents fit for the process, the couple joined classes. After a week Mandi and Tyler earned their license as foster-to-adopt parents and soon little Hunter came to live with them.

However, the adoption process only starts after the foster child to be adopted stays with the parent for a year. Days turned into weeks and weeks to months, finally, a year passed. On the day of the court hearing, the family and close friends gathered to witness the process.

The clip below captures the heartwarming moment for Mandi and Tyler Palmer and their new son. As the judge announces the new legal name for Hunter, the family was reading the adoption decree and it was then that Hunter looked at Tyler and uttered the most amazing word that redefined the whole moment.

From the age of 10, Alexandra had been pushing herself to land the triple axel right. With passion and great reverence for her work. She was able to perform a step further to quadruple Salchow. For those who don’t know the term, Salchow is an edge jump in figure skating from the backwards of one skate to the outside edge of another skate, with one or more full turns in the air.

Some kids are born with some talent. For instance, some of the are meant to be performers. It feels great to see small kids giving outstanding performances on the stage.

You may have had the chance to see performances of some incredibly talented kids. And if you haven’t, it’s ok, because the following video is incredible. This little boy has something special about him. You’ll be speechless after listening to him playing the piano!

The internet is full of videos of such gifted kids, and you might have probably seen many kids participate in various talent shows before. They always seem to nail their amazing performances, don’t they? Some kids have accomplished a lot despite being so young, and it’s amazing.

Take for example the little boy featured in the video below! He might seem too young, but this kid is a true piano prodigy. According the video description, he name is Jake Clayton. He has spotted a piano at a store, and didn’t waste time to play it! His rendition of Csárdás has been viewed by millions of people on YouTube alone.

When Jake was contacted about his performance, he said, “I was nine years old and was in fourth grade when the video was taken. That afternoon, my family visited Costco when I tried out some pianos on display. A 12-year-old boy is being deemed a hero after he smashed the windshield of a car to save a toddler who was trapped inside on one of the hottest days of the year in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It all started when he heard the screams coming from a car parked in a department store lot.

The 12-year-old boy and his mom were walking into a store when they heard the baby crying inside a car, they looked in saw the car was locked and the toddler trapped inside. The heat index for the day was up to 116 degrees according to Fox 23 so the boy and his mom didn’t take a second thought about breaking into the car to save the child.

He grabbed a metal strap and used it to begin smashing the window to the car, he eventually moved to the windshield where was able to make bigger cracks. He was able to stomp on the windshield some more before he was able to get inside to unlock the car and free the baby.

The news station reported the baby was okay although red-faced from being in such high temperatures. The police came on the scene and did find the mother of the infant inside the shoe store where they issued her a fine, they decided not to arrest her for child neglect.

His mother shared photos of the broken windshield on the car after the situation on social media writing, “This is what happens when you leave a baby inside a locked car with the windows rolled up.”

As for the 12-year-old boy he says, “I didn’t think any of this was going to happen, I just thought I was going to go to Ross to just go buy some shoes.”

Aside from doing everything that we were all doing at the tiny age of 4, this four-year-old kid is also totally winning in terms of life as a young child. Why? He has the ability to sing like an absolute angel, and he looks super professional and passionate about it too!

Are you more of a winter person or summer? Do you enjoy the sun’s rays hitting you right in the face as you lay on the beach on a humid day? Or, do you like to watch the snow fall from your living room while you enjoy a cozy evening indoors? Whatever you prefer, there’s always an activity for any kind of weather.

As it starts getting cold out, it always makes me think of all kinds of winter activities that my family and I can participate in: drinking cocoa by the fire (is this an ACTIVITY though?), walking with crunchy snow under my feet, sledding, and something that I won’t be doing, ice skating.

I’m always incredibly impressed with ice skaters, especially the pairs skaters. They perform beautifully choreographed dance routines with lifts, jumps, and footwork that would impress any ballroom dancer. But, they do it on slick ice with thin blades strapped to their feet. For someone like me, this is out of the question. I’m clumsy just walking on the flat ground wearing sensible shoes, so ice skating is an accident waiting to happen and I don’t think I can afford that.

Every time that I watch a perfect routine, I can’t help but think of all of the times it didn’t go so perfectly. I imagine that the skaters spend a fair amount of time practicing the routine, and that means falling. But, watching the duo in this video perform, it’s hard to believe that they ever make a mistake.

Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres’ are French figure skaters. Before this routine at the European Figure Skating Championship, they had won four French championships and competed in the European Figure Skating Championship several times in the past, but only managed to place fourth. They were determined to get the win they deserved.

So, they took the ice and performed this stunning routine. The duo skated flawlessly and executed complicated moves and combinations while making it look effortless. But, it was their connection that took the performance to the next level. The music and routine had a sultry vibe that radiated off the ice. The audience and judges could almost feel the heat coming from the pair.

Their dedication paid off, and they finally won the championship that they deserved — they will remember this competition for the rest of their lives!
