Identical Twin Girls Eyes Meet For The First Time – And Their First Conversation Is Priceless

0

Twins are fascinating, aren’t they? Here are two people that look exactly alike, but are actually quite different from each other. It must be quite a surprise for their parents too! After all, one of their babies was very unexpected. They’re in good company, though. At least 1 out of every 30 births in the U.S. end up as twins. (More multiples, like triplets or quadruplets, are less common.)

One mother wanted to commemorate this special relationship. She took a video of her newborn baby girls not long after bringing them home. These twins seem to be talking to each other! The little girls are making adorable faces. Some of their noises might even be words. It sounds like a very important conversation.

It’s not uncommon for twins to make up their own language. This is a unique way for them to communicate. After all, they’re the only ones who can understand what their twin is saying.

Being a twin must be such a fun experience. You have an automatic friend who shares many of your features. These babies are certainly enjoying every minute together. Look at how happy they are! The twins can’t stop smiling at each other. They even reach out to hold hands.

You can tell the babies apart by their pajamas. One twin wears a cuddly polka-dot outfit. Her sister has a onesie with an adorable pink flower pattern. Otherwise their faces are virtually the same. How cool is that? Their mom gets to have twice the happiness. The joy is automatically doubled every time her twins do something together. This will only continue as her girls grow up.

‘I was ashamed to reveal my pregnancy.’ ‘I have a three-month-old child. ‘How will they react?’ : ‘I’m grateful for each healthy baby,’ says the mother of 11 children.

“What is one topic that couples talk about before getting married?”

Whether they want children and, if yes, how many they desire.

I don’t recall having a precise number in mind when my spouse and I had this discussion 12 years ago. I’d always known I wanted kids. My husband, on the other hand (who is always the planner), recommended that we have ten like his parents.

What’s my reaction? Laughter. ‘I’m way past my prime!’ I responded.

About a month after our wedding, I got a positive pregnancy test. I was thrilled! It was a dream come true to start a family so easily. The excitement was short-lived when we experienced a miscarriage just before the 6-week mark. I was heartbroken. Sure, it was an early loss, but it was a wanted pregnancy and the end of a dream.

‘When will I get pregnant again? Will I lose that one too?’

Six months later I got another positive test. I was both excited and scared. Thankfully, that baby stuck and in March of 2010, we were blessed with our first child. The delivery went well and we continued with life as a family of three. Sixteen months later, our second child arrived and thirteen months after that, number three came along.

The babies were coming closer and closer and when our third child was only 3 months old, I found out that number 4 was on the way. These babies would be just under a year apart. Upon research, I discovered the term ‘Irish Twins.’ I must admit I was a little embarrassed to announce this pregnancy. ‘What will everyone think? I have a 3-month-old!’

Due to total Previa, our fourth kid was born just over 6 weeks early. We had a baby, a three-year-old, a two-year-old, a ten-month-old, and a three-year-old. Surprisingly, I don’t recall things being that difficult at the time. I adored being a mother, and after three boys, having our first daughter was a dream come true.

Sometime after that, I began to not really care what people thought about our family size. Healthy pregnancies and healthy babies aren’t a curse. I was thankful for each one God sent our way.

Here I am now, pregnant with our 11th child. My oldest is only 10 and will still be so by the time this baby arrives. We had twins in 2015 and 7 of our kids are so close together that they are the same age as a sibling for part of the year.

Do you have any difficulties as a result of your children being so close in age? Yes, it began when the twins were born to me. Our youngest child was only five years old at the time, and I could no longer leave the house without my husband. Just for newborns and toddlers, we packed two shopping carts. In those days, a baby wore a lot of clothing. Finding a babysitter is sometimes an issue. Who wants to keep track of ten children? As a result, my spouse and I make certain that our schedules do not conflict. Date nights away from the house are uncommon. They frequently occur when we visit family in the east.

All in all the blessings, fun, and laughter outweigh the bad. I love being a large family mom. I don’t know how many kids we’ll end up with, but I’m happy with the choices I’ve made and have no regrets.”

As they read together, the young toddler tries to gasp and imitates his father’s pride.

A father and son sat in a chair together, reading a small picture book. The father painstakingly read to his son, encouraging him to learn new abilities.

Dad said, “Now five taps on the yellow one.” “Touch the yellow one!” says the narrator. The father was gentle with his son, giving him plenty of time to perfect his action. He then flipped the page to something more interesting.

The number of yellow circles on the page increased in this situation. The father and son exchanged shocked and ecstatic looks, their mouths gaping at the turn of events. The baby, like his father, appeared to be overjoyed.

The little child would “gasp” by opening his lips wide and swiftly look at his father for confirmation that he was doing the proper thing each time the father flipped the page.

And when the child wanted to be excited, dad would give it to him, pausing before moving on. With smiles and audible gasps, he would imitate him and reinforce the conduct.

The toddler wanted to skip ahead at the end of the film instead of putting in the effort to select the perfect color to tap. Dad wouldn’t let him. When he eventually got it and got to exclaim in joy alongside his father again, it was definitely worth it.

Dad Records Sleeping Baby Son’s Precious Answer When He Whispers ‘I Love You’

0

Many dads agree that bonding with baby is hard work; after all, Mom naturally holds a special place in the little guy’s heart. After all, Baby has spent nine months in his mother’s womb, listening to her voice and getting to know her in a way that cannot be recreated.

One dad took it upon himself to make sure his baby son knew just how much he loved him – and when the infant heard, he had the best reaction ever.

Dads shouldn’t lose hope in having a sweet relationship of their own with a newborn. If they put in the effort, they have a chance to know their baby in a different manner. That way, Baby will grow up feeling and returning the love. This video proves there is no reason for a dad to fret; hard work and attention do not go unnoticed.

In the brief but touching clip, a baby seems about to fall asleep when Dad leans in and whispers in his ear, “I love you.” A gorgeous smile lights up the baby’s face at once. Even though the baby cannot yet form a verbal reply, we see in his expression that the feeling is mutual. A bond is growing with his father, and it fills his heart with joy.

The baby in this video might have spent a lot of time with his mother, but his dad is taking the time to get to know him, creating an important place in his small heart. There’s no other way that such a pure smile could have been triggered using three words. This baby knows that his dad loves him, and can’t hide his joy.

Instead of despairing that Mom had an advantage, dads should start planning special moments to share with their children as they grow. After all, they’re going to be their baby’s hero. If they start making memories when their children are young, they will have their own precious moments like this.

Mom Puts Twins On Beds— Don’t Move Eyes Away From Baby On The Right

These adorable twin comedians will steal your heart. Make sure you’re ready to laugh before you read any further because this video posted to YouTube in 2015 shows just how funny twins can be. And while we can’t seem to trace the origin of the original video, we found it on the internet and loved it.

Be sure to reach the end of this article to see the full video 🙂

The baby girl on the left likely thought this would be an innocent nap. She was so wrong. Her sister seemingly couldn’t resist the chance to make her laugh. Every time the girl on the left stopped giggling, her sister acted up. The baby girl on the right kept making funny noises until her sister laughed out loud.

How did mom hold in the laughter while she was filming? Have you ever seen such a young comedian? What’s this girl going to get up to when she’s older? Hopefully, her sister will always be there to laugh at her jokes! This must be a regular routine for the siblings. This mom probably knew to have her phone at the ready as soon as she put the babies down for their nap.

What kind of jokes did your babies play when they were this little? Do all tiny tots make such adorable noises?

There’s no telling what the future holds for these cute twins. Did you know that twins don’t always get along? It’s true. Many twins, triplets and other multiple suffer from sibling rivalry.

Think about it for a second. Did you ever struggle to get Mom or Dad’s attention when you were growing up? Now imagine you had a brother or sister the exact same age as you! Luckily, these adorable baby girls are off to a strong start with their relationship. Hopefully, they’ll focus on making each other laugh as they grow up.

But why, you might ask, do humans laugh at all? And how do babies know how to laugh as soon as they are born? It turns out that the answers to these questions and the science behind laughing are fascinating.

Philosophers, scientists and early thinkers have speculated about laughter and humor for thousands of years. According to Scientific American, one of the oldest theories of laughter comes from Plato and other Greek philosophers. The Greeks, Scientific America explains, thought that humor and laughter were the result of either feeling superior due to others’ misfortunes and due to earlier versions of oneself.

More than 2,000 years later, the Austrian psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud popularized another explanation — the theory of release. Freud and earlier thinkers from the 18th century reasoned that people laughed in order to let off steam, according to Scientific America’s research. Freud would say, for example, that that’s why vulgar humor is so funny to some people. Making a toilet joke allows us to release pent up energy, which we express through laughter.

Finally, the magazine proposes the notion of incongruity. When two things seem out of place or don’t match up, then they are humorous to us. One take on this theory of laughter is that laughing occurs when the person has found a solution to this discrepancy.

A more modern take on humor, as Scientific American points out, comes from Matthew M. Hurley’s book “Inside Jokes: Using Humor to Reverse-Engineer the Mind.”

“Humor is related to some kind of mistake,” Hurley explains. “Every pun, joke and comic incident seemed to contain a fool of some sort — the ‘butt’ of the joke.”

Laughter, Hurley argues, expresses our enjoyment of mistakes, our “emotional reward for discovering and thus undoing mistakes in thought. “We don’t enjoy making the mistakes,” he continues, “we enjoy weeding them out.”

\

But what is lacking from many of these explanations is why babies, like the ones in the video below, laugh. This is especially baffling since it’s hard to imagine them giggling after solving some discrepancy or at earlier versions of themselves, as some of the above explanations claim. After all, they haven’t been around that long!

Getting to the bottom of these fascinating questions is precisely what Caspar Addyman from Goldsmiths, University of London is investigating in his research.

“I’m fascinated by babies’ laughter because it gives us a glimpse into what they’re thinking and what they understand about their world,” Addyman told the BBC.

Addyman, who is a leader in child development and laughter research, speaks to parents from across the globe about their babies’ habits in order to explore this intriguing phenomenon.

For example, Addyman discovered with his team that a baby begins smiling at six weeks while their first laugh usually comes after three and a half months. Addyman argues that a baby’s laugh is largely social. A tickling sensation and a sudden disappearance (e.g. Peekaboo) aren’t funny by themselves. Rather, they are only funny when babies realize that “an adult makes these things happen” for them, according to the BBC article on the topic.

“Obviously, we mustn’t overlook the fact that laughing is a highly social experience,” Addyman explains in an interview with RedOrbit. “Research on adult laughter finds that the majority of our laughter is provoked by social interaction rather than events that are inherently funny or amusing. Laughter acts like social glue. Babies can smile and laugh long before they can talk and this is clearly important to their bonding with their caregivers.”

As the BBC article points out, Addyman’s research seems to disprove Freud’s theory of laughter. At the end of the day, laughter is social, he would argue, and not necessarily a way to make fun of others’ misfortunes or to blow off steam.

This is at least partly apparent in the video below. This youngster on the left seems to laugh completely unprovoked, apart from the noises her twin sister makes. But using Addyman’s understanding of humor, one could argue that the baby is laughing not because of the noise itself, but because she realizes that her twin sister is responsible for this noise. In this way, the laughter is social; it’s a way to bond with her sister, another being that she’s just come to recognize.

Seven siblings in foster care who lost their parents in a car accident are adopted by a couple.

0

Pam Willis was scrolling through her Facebook account one day in 2019 when she came across a devastating news report. It was about a group of seven siblings who were looking for a permanent home.

After their parents died in a vehicle accident in May 2018, the children had been in foster care for over a year. Their car turned over onto its side, killing their 42-year-old father and 31-year-old mother.

During the collision, each of the children had varied degrees of injuries. None of them, thankfully, were life-threatening. They had no other family to care for them, so after a full recovery, the four brothers and three sisters were placed for adoption.

When Pam, an attorney, saw their photos, she couldn’t stop staring at their hopeful faces.

“I can’t explain it — I just knew I was supposed to be their mom,” the 50-year-old told TODAY Parents.

Pam tagged her husband, US Navy veteran Gary Willis, 53, so he would see the write-up. She wrote, “Omg stop! Gary, can we adopt them?”

They have five adult children and live in Menifee, California. They’ve been fostering children for a long time. Pam was confident that Gary would disagree because they had never discussed adoption.

“I was expecting Gary to tell me I was crazy because we were about to retire,” Pam remembered.

But, to her relief—and surprise—Gary shared her feelings.

“I despised the idea of having a large six-bedroom house that was vacant because my children had grown up and left.” Pam told Metro UK, “I didn’t want to have all these rooms and no one to live in them.”

They called the number mentioned at the bottom of the article later that night. They were told that thousands of calls had already been received from people interested in adopting Adelino, 15, Ruby, 13, Aleecia, 9, Anthony, 8, Aubriella, 7, Leo, 5, and Xander, 4.

But two months later, Pam and Gary were matched with the siblings!

During the screening procedure, the parents discovered that the children had been through a lot of trauma. Their late parents struggled with addiction, and the family spent a lot of time in homeless shelters.

Pam explained that connecting with the younger children was easier since “they were just eager for permanency.” Pam knows why the older two were more challenging.

“I believe they didn’t believe we were real. “As if we were about to leave,” she speculated. “It’s difficult to trust when so much has been taken from you.” Ruby had no idea how to be a child. At such a young age, she had to be a mother figure.”

Pam said the kids have been a joy to be around since they initially moved in with them in June 2019. The children address them as “mom” and “dad,” and they have formed deep bonds with their biological older siblings.

There was a lot of adjusting in the first six months. The youngsters had trouble sleeping and had nightmares on a regular basis. Her then-7-year-old entered their room one night. “No, I just wanted to be sure you were still here,” she said when Pam inquired if she had a bad dream.

Pam and Gary proved that they weren’t going anywhere. In August 2020, they officially adopted the seven siblings!

Their biological children, Matthew, 32, Andrew, 30, Alexa, 27, Sophia, 23, and Sam, 20, were present during the virtual ceremony.

“It was awesome,” Pam recalled. “We brought a big TV screen out to the park so everybody could watch and cheer and be safe during COVID. There was so much love.”

Pam and Gary, who are now busy parents of 12, share their family’s adventures on Instagram, where they have amassed 41,000 followers! Follow them to be inspired by their story and incredible generosity.
