The Ferraro family is having one wild ride when it comes to having children. It actually takes a 12-seat “monster van” for them to get around these days. In fact, it took a team of 20 different medical professionals just to deliver Katie Ferraro’s second pregnancy.

Meet The Ferraro Family

Katie and Charlie are your typical California parents. She’s a dietician running an online business, and he’s in the aviation industry. They began their family with daughter Molly, but, when they decided to add to their family, they went big.

Katie defied a lot of odds and statistics when she became pregnant with quadruplets via natural fertilization. Neither side of the family had any history of multiples. So, the news was quite shocking for the Ferraro family.

Learning she had a quadruplet pregnancy was also very alarming due to the dangers and high risk for complications. Katie’s obstetrician and medical specialists told her that she’d have a 50 percent chance of health risks and premature delivery with such a high risk pregnancy.

Selective reduction, whereby one or more of the fetuses would be removed, was offered, but the Ferraro family decided to move forward as-is with all four intact.

It’s not uncommon for women carrying multiples to be placed on early bed rest due to the load of the fetuses on the mother’s body. Many in this situation spend over half of their pregnancy living in the hospital. Not Katie, though. At almost 31 weeks, Katie was still at home carrying for Molly, her then one-year-old daughter.

Even on bedrest or living at the hospital, carrying multiples is precarious in terms of delivery. It often takes double the staff just to deal with a twin delivery. So, Katie’s medical team at Sharp Healthcare didn’t know an exact time or date, but they did know they had to be prepared to deliver quadruplets at a moment’s notice.

When Katie was 34 weeks pregnant, her team decided to schedule a C-section rather than continue to risk that moment’s notice for a term delivery. It took 20 medical professionals, but Katie safely delivered her quadruplets – Charlie, Claire, Henry & Dillon – without complication.

A nurse from Peoria, Illinois became more than just a healthcare provider to one of her littlest patients. Angela Farnan works in the pediatric intensive care unit of OSF Children’s Hospital as a primary charge nurse. It was in this position that Angela met Blaze, a little boy with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a type of congenital heart defect.

Blaze’s life has been fraught with difficulty as he underwent his first surgery at only three days old and another just a few short months later. While only time will tell, Blaze may have to undergo a third surgery at a later date that might require a heart transplant.

Speaking with reporters from People, Angela says that she became more involved in Blaze’s day-to-day care when his parents faced financial difficulties. Living far away from OSF Children’s Hospital, Blaze’s parents didn’t have the resources to travel back and forth to the hospital. As such, Angela and her husband, Rick, assumed temporary guardianship of little Blaze. Angela and Rick soon fell in love with the sweet child, watching with joy as he grew and got better.

As Angela and Rick counted down the days to when they would have to return Blaze, his biological parents made a heartbreaking decision. After Blaze’s second surgery, Angela was told by Blaze’s mom that she and her husband wanted Angela and Rick to formally adopt Blaze. In the tearful exchange, Blaze’s biological mom said that she wanted to do what was best for her child and didn’t want anyone to think that she was a bad mother. Angela recalled telling Blaze’s mom that there was no question that she had great love for her little baby and that she was acting in Blaze’s best interests.

Now, the new addition to the family is settling in and bringing joy to his parents.

“I really feel that he has blessed our lives,” People reports Farnan said. “He’s full of joy. His smile lights up the room.”

A group of four-year-old boys performs a funny dance to Elvis Presley’s legendary Jailhouse Rock musical act. The video has over a million views, and many people have commented on how lovely they are.

Five boys dressed in flowy ‘jail suits’ stand on the stage, ready to dance to the King of Rock and Roll’s renowned tune. As soon as the boys make their first move, the audience erupts in laughter.

Another youngster dressed in a police uniform jumps on stage after they had captivated his audience with their body wiggles to get the group in order. With their hands behind their backs, they all follow suit.

This scene elicits a raucous response from the audience. With his hands on his head, the little police officer sprints across the stage. The naked boys dance with their backs to the audience, oblivious to the young cop’s annoyance.

As the music progresses, the six lads join in a dance, and the audience claps to the beat of ‘Jailhouse Rock.’ They make up for their lack of synchronization with adorableness.

Their chaotic dance has the boys tumbling and rolling on the floor to the tune of the song. The two-minute performance ends with the boys shuffling out of the stage in a single file line.

Viewers have praised the young boys for their efforts at dancing to the tune of the iconic King. A comment even criticizes those who thumbed down the video as the kids were having fun throughout their performance.

Quadruples are much rarer than twins or triplets. As of 2007, approximately 3,556 sets have been recorded worldwide. Quadruple births are becoming more common due to fertility treatments.

There are about 70 sets of completely identical quadruplets in the world. Many sets of quadruplets contain a mixture of identical and fraternal siblings, such as three identical and one fraternal, two identical and two fraternal, or two pairs of identical. One known group of identical quadruplets were the Genain quadruplets, all of whom developed schizophrenia. Quads are sometimes called “quads” in the UK.

Multiple pregnancy is the culmination of one multiple pregnancy, in which the mother gives birth to two or more children.

The term most applicable to vertebrate species, multiple pregnancy occurs in most mammalian species at varying rates. Such births are often referred to by the number of offspring, such as twins and triplets. In nonhumans, the entire group may also be referred to as a litter, and multiple births may be more common than single births. Multiple pregnancy in humans is an exception and can be exceptionally rare in the largest mammals.

If you’re a parent, chances are you’ve heard “Baby Shark” many, many times.

There’s something about the popular children’s song that’s just irresistible to kids, making it practically impossible for them to not sing and dance along. One dad can even attest to its effect on babies. When he played the catchy tune for his infant daughter, she immediately started bopping along, leaving her father astonished by what she could do.

With a huge grin plastered on her face, the little cutie begins expertly gyrating her hips as her dad records. She moves in a way that seems to defy her age, performing body rolls better than many adults.

At one point, she looks over at Dad as if to ask, “Are you seeing this?! Look what I can do!”

Obviously not being able to keep the adorable footage to himself, the girl’s dad shared it on Facebook, where it racked up millions of views. The tiny tot became a viral sensation before she could even know what that means, and thousands of adoring fans commented to share their disbelief.

“I’m offended how she can do a better body roll than me,” one woman wrote. “Whatever is in that shark song I want some of it… it got these babies rolling more than me,” another added.

Other viewers couldn’t stop laughing and making jokes.

We’re not really sure how this little girl learned to dance like that, but it’s hilariously entertaining all the same. Her parents must get a kick out of watching her groove along to whatever music they’re playing.

Welcoming a new baby into the world is exciting for more than just the parents. Friends, family members, and even your next-door neighbor can’t wait to lay eyes on your precious bundle of joy. It’s fun to watch how quickly hearts melt, as babies are so sweet they can make even the toughest guy say “aww.”

Gemma said: “I doп’t thiпk people believed υs at first wheп they told them we were haviпg triplets, it came as a sʜᴏᴄᴋ to absolυtely everybody. People expect this sort of thiпg from I.V.F, bυt it’s very ʀᴀʀᴇ for it to happeп пatυrally. My mυm пearly ᴄʀᴀsʜᴇᴅ the car wheп I raпg her υp to tell her.

Kυrt added: “I remember the phoпe call to my dad at work aпd he said how’s the aпd I said yeah it’s fiпe bυt there’s пot jυst oпe. He said ‘what do yoυ meaп, is there two?’. Wheп I replied, ‘пo there’s three’, the phoпe jυst weпt sileпt.” Thaпkfυlly, Gemma eпjoyed a smooth sailiпg ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ with the exceptioп of some severe morпiпg sɪᴄᴋɴᴇss, aпd the triplets were borп by ᴇᴍᴇʀɢᴇɴᴄʏ C-sectioп at 33 weeks iп Febrυary. Borп jυst miпυtes apart, Gemma delivered Orla, 4lbs 7oz, Everly, 4lbs 1oz, aпd Nolaп, 5lbs 1oz, at The Rosie Hospital iп Cambridge, aпd was able to briпg them home after jυst 10 days.

After gettiпg home that small ᴘᴀɴɪᴄ sooп disappeared wheп they realised that dotiпg big brother, Dylaп, was oп haпd aпd eager to help. The coυple iпsist they are iп пo rυsh to expaпd the family aпy fυrther aпy time sooп. Gemma said: “Dylaп is a massive help aпd he’s really haпds oп, wheпever oпe of the triplets starts cryiпg he grabs their dυmmy aпd tries to soothe them. He’s always cυddliпg them aпd helpiпg me feed them. We had always said we waпted a family bυt пot a big oпe, bυt theп we realised how lυcky we are to have oυr family completed with foυr healthy babies. We woυldп’t chaпge it for the world bυt we defiпitely woп’t be gettiпg ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ agaiп aпy time sooп!”

Gemma added:” It was the realisatioп that oυr family has doυbled iп size that left me iп sʜᴏᴄᴋ. As a family-of-three I thiпk it was qυite easy iп terms of goiпg oυt to places. Yoυ coυld jυst hop iп the car aпd go rather thaп have to plaп days iп advaпce aпd pack three or foυr bags to go aпywhere. We’ve had to trade iп oυr car for a 7 seater Ford S Max jυst to fit υs all iп. The little oпes are still driпkiпg prescriptioп milk bυt I’m dreadiпg the food bills wheп they start haviпg proper solid foods aпd fυll meals.”

A little girl could not contain her joy when she saw her favorite person at the train station. This 2-year-old from Chelmsford, England, looked so excited when she and her family picked grandma up. Nothing competes with the feeling of seeing your favorite person in the whole world.

The little girl had apparently seen her grandmother just 24 hours ago but reacted like she had seen her after a long time. We’re sure this toddler and her grandma share an amazing bond and grandma’s been pampering her a lot.

The Mum Becomes UK’s First Woman To Give Birth Triplets From Two Diferent Wombs To Be A One In A Million Occurrence

Melanie Bassett, 32, from Hampshire, has become the first woman in the UK to give birth to triplets from two different ᴡᴏᴍʙs after carrying identical twins in one and a third baby in the other.

She was carrying identical babies in one of her ᴡᴏᴍʙs and another child in a second womb. The parent first discovered she had two ᴡᴏᴍʙs when she was pregnant with her first child Phoebe, now three, in 2016. She is the rare case .

Along with her husband Ben, 33, Melanie, from Hampshire, then welcomed their first son Blake into the world in 2019. But after that,  the couple were amazed to welcome triplets, Brooke, Isabelle and Beau, in 2 ᴡᴏᴍʙs.

Having twins from two ᴡᴏᴍʙs, commonly known as uterus didelphys, is estimated to be a one in a million occurrence. And Melanie is thought to be the first example of the rare case in the UK.

She said: “When we were told it was quite ᴄʀᴀᴢʏ!  i don’t believe that, we have a big family, that not in our preparation. But I wouldn’t change it for anything. I noticed a difference being pregnant with the triplets. I would often find myself having to ᴅᴇᴀʟ with them kicking on both sides.”

Rather than looking like a regular womb, she is heart-shaped with two chambers. The condition doesn’t make it harder for a woman to conceive but it increases the risk of a ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇ ᴏʀ ᴘʀᴇᴍᴀᴛᴜʀᴇ birth.

Phoebe , the first child was delivered via C-sᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ at 29 weeks in February 2017, and so did Blake, the second child who was born two years later at 34 weeks. Then two months later, really fast Melanie discovered she was pregnant again. This time wasn’t one,  It wasn’t until the 12-week scan where the sonographer told the couple they were expecting triplets in separate ᴡᴏᴍʙs.

Melanie and Ben were advised to go for scans every fortnight so doctors can keep an eye on the pregnancy. The triplets were eventually born via C-sᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ at 32 weeks on January 26.

She added: “It’s all about the children. Our family is now complete. We have a big family, they are all my life, they are so happy with sibling”.

But the main business of his life he considers not work, but his large family.

Roman and his wife have 23 children, 17 of whom are adopted.

The father of the family built several mansions on his plot, where he equipped games rooms, a cinema, a swimming pool and even a ski slope for children.

The father of many children very much regrets not being able to reunite the whole family: the adult children study abroad and therefore only return home during the summer holidays.

Before deciding to adopt, Roman and his wife thought a lot and wondered if they could take on such a huge responsibility.

“My wife and I discussed at length: we can or we cannot. Because there was such a story – I helped orphanages for a long time, then I realized it wasn’t working. The turning point came in one of the orphanages, where I was asked to equip the kitchen.

I accepted with pleasure, because I fully understand how children need self-help skills. After all, at the orphanage, the guys eat in the canteen, and when they graduate at 18, they can hardly do anything – neither peel potatoes, nor wash dishes, nor cook borscht. And such cooking is needed just to teach these simple skills,” Roman said.

Communication with the students of the orphanage made an indelible impression on the billionaire. The children did not even know what sugar looked like – in the dining room they were already given sweet compote and sweet porridge, so they had nowhere to see regular sugar.

“I then clearly saw what a gulf separates child servants from orphans, and that this gulf cannot be bridged by any material thing. At the orphanage, the children live in an invented system where everything is done and decided for them.

It’s easier for adults, but not for children. When they grow up and leave the walls of the orphanage, they find themselves face to face with a world that is totally incomprehensible to them.

They don’t know the basic things: how to pay the rent, how to communicate with people, how to calculate the money so that it lasts a month. This is why many orphanage graduates have such an unenviable lot.

And when I finally figured that out, I decided that I would permanently remove the kids from this system – that’s all I can, I will remove it. I am sure that only in a family can a whole person be brought up, and we must all strive to ensure that as few children as possible remain in orphanages,” says Roman.

According to Roman, bad heredity can be overcome with good and correct upbringing. Roman is also happy to be so lucky with his wife. It is on his shoulders that domestic problems and housekeeping rest.

When the Avdeev children were small, there were 11 helpers in the family. And when the children grew up, 8 people began to take care of them. Assistants take the children to school, help them with their homework and do some household chores.

When Roman has time, he does math with the kids. Particular attention is paid to English which has become their second langua

At the same time, all the children of the billionaire attended an ordinary municipal kindergarten and an ordinary comprehensive school.

Roman knows exactly what he will do with his immense fortune: he will spend it on solving the problems of orphans. He does not intend to leave a legacy to his children.

Roman Avdeev founded the Arithmetic of Good Foundation, which finds foster families for orphans. The fund already has 313 children who have found families with its help. In addition, a special club operates at the foundation, which helps adoptive parents themselves.
